The time is now! PACE has been addressing the need for capacity-building services to support small to mid-sized BIPOC-lead/BIPOC-serving nonprofits throughout the region since its founding in 1968, but the demand for services continues to increase. PACE serves over 30 organizations annually, increasing these organizations’ capacity by 10-15%. Our services indirectly impact 60,000+ youth, adults, and families throughout Allegheny County and the Greater Pittsburgh Region’s most vulnerable communities.

PACE’s vision is a future where BIPOC communities that have been marginalized are able to thrive through sustaining partnerships with healthy community-based nonprofit organizations.
